the code of the old version and the new version of the file are exactly the same. and i tried to download and activate a fresh cs6 with the same code as the old one. the same problem occured. i dont know whether it’s a bug or a feature. maybe this is what adobe wants. in the meantime adobe support is able to help me to register. i tried a few days ago, but i couldnt get a response from them.
