Theres no recovery of the master password. It is encrypted. It does rely on salt and strong hashing. Ive read about people trying to use some sort of rainbow tables that are based on the previous password guesses. At the end of the day, these have not proven successful, and if they do, there is no way to use the master password to decrypt the other passwords.
Full recovery is not possible without the master password. However, the cloud password (master password if they get you) will not work if you change your account password to something else (and if they get you again, they can reset your master password until you recover it)
