12.6.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that THEGREENBOW is entitled to use the Software in accordance with the use rights granted to it by the License to Use without having to obtain any additional authorization or license from the Client. As such, THEGREENBOW does not make any commitment to use exclusively the Software that it receives from the Client and is free to use it without any obligation to the Client concerning the future use of the Software.

12.7.1 In all circumstances, THEGREENBOW will be entitled to (i) resume its use of the Software in accordance with its original use rights (ii) exclude the Client from that use in the event of an infraction of the terms and conditions of the EULA or the license to use the Software; (iii) refuse and/or return to the Client any bit of information constituting or comprising the Software, without any obligation to offer the Software to the Client. In these circumstances, THEGREENBOW will not incur any responsibility for any loss suffered by the Client resulting from the exclusion of the Client from the use of the Software.

11.1.3 The Client shall provide to THEGREENBOW copies of any Patch or other information identifying any Bug to be addressed by such Patch, including but not limited to a description and a proof-of-concept code, when such information is reasonably necessary to create such Patch.

11.1.5 THEGREENBOW may create a patch for the Software without any prior notice to the Client when they have reasonable grounds to believe that the client has not complied with the additional requirements in this paragraph and shall fix any Bug it considers important.

THEGREENBOW may require proof of identity and residential or business address when the purchase is made. THEGREENBOW reserves the right to suspend the License to Use from the date on which it receives such information, or to suspend the License to Use if payment of the Fee is not received by the agreed due date. 9.2.1 The License to Use is granted only by electronic means, and by means of digital certificates, or other equivalent means as well as by delivery of and use of the Software in accordance with this EULA. The License to Use granted hereunder is limited to the Network Address for the Client business. Any attempt by the Client to circumvent the restrictions on the use of the Software by means that are not provided for in this EULA will result in immediate and automatic suspension of the License to Use. 11.2.2 FOR EXAMPLE, THEGREENBOW may provide for the free use of all Patches for “The Code of Conduct” and “Privacy Policy” for the duration of the Maintenance. Any other use of Patches, or any other contractual obligation relating to any Patches may only be made with the Client prior to receipt of a Patches. In the case where there is a Maintenance, THEGREENBOW may provide a Patch for the Maintenance (if applicable), under the same conditions and terms as those applicable to the Payment of the Maintenance. Any other use of Patches, or any other contractual obligation relating to any Patches may only be made with the Client prior to receipt of a Patches.
