just out of interest, i installed animate2, activated it and imported a mesh from 3d max. the plugin detected the mesh and wrote in a.mtl file which i then placed in the obj folder in daz studio. i went into the.mtl file and it had a uv map for the mesh with a few faces selected. when i exported this, it exported a.dae file, but the.dae has all of the morphs on in it.

i have had a look at and made some modifications to the.op files (which i think are the “machine gun” of daz studios) but i don’t see it in my install manager. i may be getting confused with the files that are included with each version of dazstudio. just so you know – this should not affect you in any way.

the full set of fluid simulation options has been carefully designed to allow you to create custom liquids in the most convincing way possible. as the simulation is a fluid simulation, it needs water to run the fluids on. this plugin comes with a set of presets, that were created by other users. this way of organizing presets will allow you to get the best out of fluidos.
for a slow moving liquid, add the diffuser modifier. or you can add a streampipe and a lumpy material to create a moving stream or boiling liquid. you can also add a fan to create forced air. the only limitation to this fluid simulation is your imagination. your liquids can flow, pool or move freely in any way. they can be anywhere in the 3d space. they can flow through any objects. you can animate them to go in any direction and they can react as well as create water effects, lights, sound, etc. all you have to do is take advantage of the fluid simulation possibilities that fluidos has to offer.
