The status of skeletal muscle is a major determinant of functional impairment in patients with systemic sclerosis. The aim of this study was to assess the in vivo structural changes of the isoform of creatine kinase present in skeletal muscle fibers in such patients. We measured the isoelectric point of the CA I isoform of creatine kinase in the sera of 12 patients with systemic sclerosis (10 with systemic sclerosis, one with polymyositis, and one with rheumatoid arthritis) and 6 healthy subjects by isoelectric focusing followed by immunoblotting. In 3 patients with systemic sclerosis, serum creatine kinase was also determined before and after a handgrip test performed to evaluate the functional status of the hand. The isoelectric point of the CA I isoform of creatine kinase was compared with that of the MM isoenzyme. Run the program and you will be prompted to sign into Autodesk (Once you sign in you will be able to use it for free).
Also Autodesk have registered their software (Autodesk) with google and they serve you a unique url (Look at the bottom of the menu bar).
So in order to use the software you need to generate a Google API Key and enter that key in to the URL.
How to generate a key :
Go to Google API Dashboard
Click “Create Project”
In the Project Name give it something like “AutocadKey”
Select Project Location as “Web Application”
Select service Account Type as “Use your own”
Select your Organization type as “Your company name”
Select the Team you would like access to as “Your company name”
In the “Create new project” section enter the URL of your website.
Note: Some people dont seem to be able to use google authentication (I’m not sure why yet). You may have to use some other type of authentication for people like this. (If I find out what to do about this I will edit this post)
After creating your project google will redirect you to a page to select the permission level.
Change the level to “Read and write”
Copy the URL into your web browser
After you have installed the program and entered your details google will redirect you to another page to add a permission for your google API key
Enter the URL you have just created from step 4 and copy the Key into the box and submit.
If you have a correct key in you can use Autocad (for free) on you website.
