Hi, thanks for the information I have been trying to download and use this tool but I can’t figure out how to get it to work and it keeps saying it’s not working and I’m not able to get it to do so. I tried it on my WIndows 7 machine and also on my Linux machine (Lubuntu). I’m so frustrated, I’m a newbie so forgive my lack of knowledge.
