A modern use of an AutoCAD software program, as with all CAD applications, is to create and edit 2D plans and drawings.
AutoCAD’s heritage is in 2D drafting and, in particular, it is the progenitor of the block style that is used in virtually every CAD package that has followed.
In an autocad tutorial by tutorialautocad.net, they first show the setup for creating a drawing by using the new Menu Bar.
The features explained in the tutorial
Part 1: AutoCAD Menu bar:
The AutoCAD Menu Bar can be accessed by simply clicking on it at the top of the screen. On the right hand side of the Menu Bar, you’ll see a number of icons. These include the File Menu, the Home Menu, the Dimensions Menu, the Drawing Menu, and the Window Menu.
Most users will be familiar with the Drawing Menu from the previous version of AutoCAD, as this is where you access most of the drawing-related features of the program. You’ll find the objects that make up your drawing on the left hand side, such as the Shape Selector, Object Properties, Paths, and Axes. The application will let you select the type of tool you want to use to modify your drawing. You will find a list of the tools here.
If you want to modify the attributes of an object, you can select the object and click on one of the icons in the box on the right. These include attributes such as color, transparency, linetype, thickness, the fill pattern of a path, and many more.
The next step is to drag and drop your objects to create a drawing.
Note that when you add a shape, the Shape Selector box turns blue. This means that you can edit the attributes of the shape.
The next step is to go back to the Drawing Menu. Select the Draw Menu and add a new drawing using the wizard.
Select the Add 2D Drawing icon. Then add a few drawing objects.
When you’re finished, select File > Save and close the drawing.

How to remove white space at the top of the page, including this space
I am making a website that has a fixed header, and is making it impossible for me to use margins to remove the space.
If you look at my fiddle
You will see that the problem is the whitespace between the header and the content.
Is there a way to remove this space with javascript or other means?
