also, we have added a new section to the everspace wiki, which lists all of the various everspace modding guides and tutorials, so that players can find what they want much easier. this wiki is also where we will be posting frequent updates on future content packs, so that they can be used together.

finally, we also want to invite you all to a community meet up in berlin. on the 6th of june, we will be gathering together in the everspace booth in the berlin hackathon. from this point on, there will be no further news about everspace 1.3.5, as we will be concentrating on developing the next content pack. we hope to see you at the berlin meet up, and, of course, at the berlin game conference on the 7th of june.

included in everspace 1.3.5 are a few new ship types, which you can read about below. we have also added a number of new items into the game. these range from a new type of scanning probe to new items of various kinds.

there are some major ui changes coming to everspace in 1.3.5. after having the game for over 100 hours, ive noticed some key areas of the game not properly displaying, so i decided to do a full ui remake for those who want it. in addition, the sky has been updated to include more content.

we know that we are not the most popular game. therefore, we want to change it. the graphics are not the only element that we want to improve. new weapons are available (the a2, d2, and e2), new ships, new space stations, and most importantly, new features. we are working on a new ui (remake) to make everspace more intuitive and to give it a new look. this will not only improve our accessibility, but also our players’ experience.

the dogfighting is enjoyable, and very different from elite dangerous (which takes place in a universe where planets are safe havens for mankind, not a frontier that needs to be explored), the controls are intuitive, and the game feels like a game of sorts. the best part of everspace is the chance to find and explore new worlds. i can understand why everspace relies on player exploration, because the world building and story do not take center stage. and the story is a silent one. but it would be easy to fill in the blanks if you wanted to know what was going on, and it would be cool to know the history of the universe. but what really makes everspace so great is the beauty of the games visual design. the visuals are wonderful, and the game looks like a sci-fi version of the space simulator games of old. the small amounts of low level scripted events (such as station construction, resource mining, and the building of moon bases) add to the game’s atmosphere. its best to play the game on the high-end setting, because the low-end setting produces some nasty graphical artifacts. i have to agree with the developers that a gamepad is not the best control device, and recommend the use of a keyboard or mouse. a main feature of everspace is the variety of planets and moons. the player can explore through caves and caves, volcanic regions, snowstorms, and even a burning desert. you can also build infrastructure on planets. and there are two moons available for players to visit, and a space station that you can build, and a space colony to expand. the player can also set up mining operations and track down resources to sell, or build more permanent structures. there are also some more zen-like aspects of the game, such as a relic scavenger you can meet on some planets, and many more. 5ec8ef588b
