although he’s usually just a supporting character, fran does occasionally step into the spotlight, particularly in recent seasons. when it comes to goofing around with timmy, he’s probably the funniest of the cast, and he has some of the best lines. although he’s still a bit immature, he’s getting there, and his newfound sense of responsibility seems to be bearing fruit. he’s also one of the most entertaining characters in the series, and the show would be incomplete without him.

when the show first began, vicky was the eternal optimistic one, but as the series has gone on, she has grown up a little, particularly in this movie. she’s better able to handle the loss of her mother and deal with her own personal problems, and she has a self-image that isn’t entirely unrealistic. her character has become more mature and developed in recent seasons, and she’s one of the most sympathetic characters in the series. vicky always comes to the rescue when anyone or anything threatens timmy, and she’s even capable of taking care of herself sometimes.

he’s an easy target for jokes, but timmy has really grown from the series’ early days. he’s grown a lot, and he’s become a more responsible adult in the process. he has more perspective on life now, and his fairly odd parents life has allowed him to mature and grow into a decent human being. he’s also become more open and comfortable in his own skin, and as a result, he’s able to be more assertive, even if it’s only in arguments with fountains of youth.

crocker, as well as timmy, sometimes call him “mr. crocker”. he is usually seen in a big friendly smile and often has something to say. crocker is very intelligent, as seen in “why i hate fairyland” when he was able to deduce the plan of foop. he can also be very cynical and snarky. he is the one who takes the fairies that timmy has been trying to find. he can also be a bit of a pervert, as seen in “the case of the missing fairies”, when he was seen “eating” his fairies (actually, he was eating them.) in a cave. in “a fairly odd movie”, when he gets power from the fairies, he becomes a little more chipper and starts talking more often. he is one of timmy’s best friends, and is also known to like to sing. he also has a crush on vicky in “crazy for you” that he doesn’t seem to understand, but is still friendly and nice to her.

crocker was also very fond of timmy, always giving him advice and trying to solve timmy’s problems. he acted as timmy’s conscience, as he was very aware of timmy’s faults, such as his gluttony, laziness, and lack of punctuality. crocker also kept timmy’s behavior at a minimum, always trying to make him work hard or do things like cleaning his room, helping him take his bath, or giving him chores. crocker even had the power to suspend timmy’s fairy godparents, if he felt that timmy was about to do something wrong. crocker was also one of the few people in the world who had the power to turn off timmy’s fairy godparents, although he had to have the right timing to do so. he was also very reluctant to use this power, because he felt the situation was not one where he could use this power. he also did not like the idea of turning off the power, because he did not want to see the fairies go away, and he felt it was wrong to take a person’s power away just because they did something wrong. however, despite crocker’s willingness to help, he always realized that timmy will try to thwart him, and often just did not do anything, like when timmy was lying to the fairies about his failings, and he had no reason to help him, and even though he felt awful when timmy decided to tell the fairies the truth, he did nothing.
crocker was very proud of himself when he was able to capture the fairies in the atomic fairy incarcerator, and he was especially proud that he made timmy’s and his fairy godparents’ wishes come true. crocker was also very proud of timmy, and stated that timmy was a great kid, and that he was the best. he also thought timmy had grown up nicely, and that he was happy to see that timmy’s fairy godparents were together again. he also thought that timmy had matured and become a responsible adult. crocker was very fond of timmy’s fairy godparents, as he was the one who reunited them, and he was almost always very happy when he saw them, especially when he saw them together. he even liked that timmy had finally become a responsible adult and matured. however, he was not sure whether or not timmy would continue to be mature, and whether or not he should continue to be a fairy godfather.
