HibernateOnPowerFail works with Microsoft Windows 10 and later. On earlier operating systems, it should be operated as an Administrator and the users should be logged in as a Local Administrator. Uninstalling HibernateOnPowerFail does not remove your PC’s ability to sleep.
How to create an installable version:
You can create the installable version and optional universal binary that can run on Windows 10 (via the installable version) or Windows 8 or Windows 7 (via the universal binary). Uninstalling HibernateOnPowerFail will not remove your PC’s ability to sleep.
Run the following command from the PowerShell ISE.
