How to Upload a Photoshop Project

Docker Network not running as Expected (Python Flask app)
I have a Flask app running in a Docker container and I am trying to connect it to another Docker container.
I have a “static” container that has nothing on it at the moment.
Docker network explorer is telling me that I have only one container on my Docker network.
I run the Flask app using

Here is my Dockerfile:
