mac users! i have not been able to find any info on whether or not the upcoming version of refx is going to be available on mac. i called korg a couple days ago and was told that they didnt know when they would be announcing it. i will keep you posted when i hear more about it. if anyone has any info please feel free to share.
ive been working with refx nexus for a few months now, and in that time, ive used every expansion pack that has been released. if youre a fan of genre bending, creative workflow and synth based music, then nexus is a natural fit. whether youre looking to create groovy pop, a classic heavy metal track, or something completely different, nexus is always something special.

my usb starts to crackle and i am constantly scared to loose it when traveling.
i feel considered worse than a pirate and that makes my angry regarding the huge price of the plug-in
they have 15 years late in the industry and i kinda think they dont really care of their customers. i also think they are business oriented and not musical oriented.
i might use a crack version if there is one for mac or even never use nexus again in my production, but they wont care of that, they already got my money thats the most important for them. you know what is taken is taken now we are fucked up.
well i have a tiny bit of info for mac users. nexus is an auv3 plugin and requires auv3 plug-ins. i have tried to use an older version of refx but the synths were not compatable. you can use refx on mac in 32 bit mode but you may have to change your sound system a little bit. i have used the same sound cards on my macbook pro as i do on my pc and they are both 32 bit. you will have to install the auv3 plug-ins and change the system settings to 32 bit. these are just suggestions. if i were you, i would just purchase refx on a pc and use that. i know its not as nice as a mac but its your best option. i hope this helps. ive been using refx for a while now on my mac. good luck!
