We report a patient with 3 years of successful walking after bilateral bipedal femoral neck fractures due to a gunshot wound. Bilateral femoral neck fracture usually leads to leg amputation if adequate reduction cannot be achieved. However, this patient was also injured in the brachial plexus and thus required a suspension of the reduction surgery to prevent dislocations. During the 3 years of walking without operation, fracture healing was observed and no dislocation occurred.The present invention relates to the combustion of fossil fuel and the production of fuel gases from fossil fuel.     One of the big problems I had when I first played through the tutorial is that the game didn’t really have much of an introduction to it.     There are three main types of cards in the game:

    Support – cards that help other characters, items and skills.
    Mana – cards that give you more mana points to use in attacking or using abilities.
    Resolve – cards that prevent your opponent from doing what they are trying to do.

    The game also features two main types of characters: Heroes and Captains. Heroes are powerful characters that can also be played in a role or light character, like a Bard or Cleric. They can be played in a deck and have an array of power cards that range from starting with 1 mana, all the way to having a very high amount of mana points, and can use special abilities that range from a random “hand attack” to a special attack. Heroes come with three traits that affect the cards drawn, two of which are passive and one is active, and depending on which traits you select, certain cards will be available to you or your opponent.

    The other, lesser-known type of character in the game is Captain. Captain have a very low starting mana point and therefore cannot activate abilities. They are powerful in their own right, but they’re mostly used for summoning minions and heroes to the battlefield. The heroes that a Captain summons can use abilities that allow them to summon more heroes or strike with their basic skills.
