Tarnished is a fantasy action RPG, developed by Kurosagi no Kizuna, and published by Spiders Studio in Japan. The gameplay is designed to offer a never-ending story, where you can freely explore an open world and battle hundreds of monsters, and where you can equip and develop your character according to your play style. The game is beautiful, offering a delicate touch and high quality for the sharp swords and magic potions. The gameplay allows you to combine an intense action based on your melee skills with strong magic attacks that will allow you to tackle overwhelming and dangerous enemies. When you first open Tarnished, you are summoned by the Elden Lord, who tells you about the events that have happened in the world of Tarnished. Moreover, you come across a story that will unfold with the first battle you experience, and you can take on the role of the protagonist. However, there are some missing pieces that have not been revealed by the Elden Lord, and so you must find them. Once you discover them, you can fully start your journey to become an Elden Lord and pursue the fate of the Lands Between. Character Introductions The protagonist is a direct descendant of an Elven lord, who finds himself in the midst of an unexplained world of dunes and white boulders. He bears a deeply inherited sense of duty and loyalty, and decides to take an oath as a member of the Elden Ring. The hero is different from other characters in the Tarnished universe. Firstly, he has a strong sense of responsibility and loyalty, because he is a lord of the Elves. He is a person who believes in peace, and as an Elf he is a person who has profound trust in his own power. For him, it is obvious that a lord is a person of strength who lives by the laws of the land and doesn’t create conflict. The elder elves have trusted this strength, and the Elves have trusted the Elves. By assuming the responsibility for guiding Elves, he can only lead them to prosperity. And so, the hero is an Elf who brings power. The original Elf tradition has stayed strong through the centuries, and the Elves have faithfully passed down the Elven code of conduct.
