The world of Elden has been completely renewed and is now divided into three parts.Open field areas and huge dungeons have been interconnected. The field areas you can explore while leveling up as a Tarnished, the huge dungeons you can enter as an Elder and Elder Lord, and the small dungeons you can enter as a soldier.
These are the worlds on the new world map. They are interconnected via the different routes and meet on the Lands Below.

The first game of the ‘Elden Ring’ series, the story is set after a great war that supposedly wiped out the planet of Elden. The Elden lord seems to have disappeared somewhere. Now, the four guardians of the Elder King, who were supposed to protect it, are wandering aimlessly. To save them from a danger that threatens their lives, a boy, Takayuki, who’s been born with an incredible supernatural power, must choose one of the four guardians and raise it, and lead them to their destiny.
In order to do so, he undertakes the mission and starts on an adventure that can only be found in Elden Ring, the world of action role-playing game. It’s extremely easy to judge each and every aspect of the game and is very hard to completely enjoy the game. It might be confusing, but having the ability to easily make your own decisions will make you want to play it.The story of the game follows the story of the first game, while also playing a different story. The game consist of a multiplayer and a single player mode. It is a fantasy action role playing game where you can find yourself the leader of your own band of heroes. Multiplayer can be described as a team vs team type of game. You and your other teammates will randomly be matched with another team. When you match up with a team, the communication is all on autopilot. You automatically contact your other teammates and just play around. Communication with your teammates is all handled by the game automatically. So the communication between teammates is limited only to telling you if you are losing or winning.
In the single player, you have a character that you can customize and then can join groups. You can either play alone or add up to 8 friends to your group. The single player is a 3D environment where you
