the cargo ship is the result of a vr simulation similar to that of deep space. you will be playing as a blank slate among many others in a cargo ship full of scientists.
when prompted, load into the cargo ship via the iidd 3rd attempt slot. you should be prompted to load on your third attempt. you may have to shoot the loading screen or reload a previous attempt.
currently, the cargo ship is fairly stable but there is a lot to do. you will be quickly equipped with the following; gun: double shotgun; medikit; 3x clip of 8x ammo; 100 round magazine; energy bottle; first aid kit.
for the first hour, you will spend most of your time crafting space suits, headgear and armor. during this time you will also be cleaning the ship (you can carry as many as 3 empty crates, each of which can carry 10 items). the ship will also be resealed once the first hour is up.
as a scientist with a high enough level of science, you will be able to see parts of the cargo in the cargo containers. you can also create more space suits and armor, as well as batteries for use on the various thrusters on the ship.
the cargo containers contain science supplies, health, ammunition and power cells. you can fire a science container if you shoot the lid at a player, or open a container with the [c] on the stick and [f] on the d-pad to arm it, or hand it over to a scientist. weapon attachments will be obtained through various means, whether through a scientist opening it, getting a tech-up or killing a player (or via scavenging).
if you fail to arm or drop a weapon while inside a locked container, it will be destroyed, when picked up you will be given the option to either set it to auto-arm or dispose of it. you will automatically discard your current weapon if you dispose of a weapon or science container.
