i’ve just downloaded the latest version of adobe cs6, and when i do a “backup to adobe creative cloud” i get an error and it says it must update. i can no longer use my software. i’ve tried to update my adobe and when i go to reinstall it gives an update error. what are my options? so i’ve checked online and everything points to this being a driver issue and the one described doesn’t really offer a solution in the comments. my r-review vx1211 pci didn’t fit into the space i had, so i had to use a usb-to-pci adapter from e-bay (not working), r-media’s (no audio out) and this acer 15″ vx1515 (works, but the audio does not work right with this driver). maybe it’s the software/hardware? i have used the laptop for 1 month and it has performed flawlessly except that recently, i updated the operating system and since then i have been getting constant cracking and popping sounds in the audio when i watch movies. even if i turn up the volume in my audio control app, the crackling sounds continue. i have tried restarting the computer and there is no improvement. the only thing that happens is that the audio crackling continues until i close the movie and reopen it again. this only happened after the operating system update that was recommended by the windows update. there are no other pop sounds. i have tried changing different audio output drivers but nothing changes. i have uninstalled all media players and installed spotify but i could not make it work and i don’t think that spotify uses the same audio drivers. i have attached the audio driver for the audio chip from the operating system. i have attached the audio driver for the audio chip from the manufacturer in case it helps. any help? 5ec8ef588b
