The controls are at least decent, although I had a few issues with getting to the badguy’s for a couple of levels. The main difference to other RPGs are that there are no instanced rooms and no loot. The other difference to classic RPG’s are the weapons and items that have to be found. This is very similar to Minecraft. The graphics are OK and the music is OK. The good thing about the Savefiles is that they are easy to edit. There are multiple files that have a size of 512 bytes. all.txt help.txt english.txt rules.txt I’ve made some changes to help fix theses errors: ref_art.txt was corrupted. In many ways, these two trends – sustainable agricultural development, and increased dependency on tourism for economic independence – highlight how the culture of poverty is not just confined to the rural poor, but an an “entirely novel and dominant [dominant?] regional and global phenomenon”, according to University of Birmingham’s Professor Marilyn Strathern.
Swaziland’s current 200-page constitution, adopted in 1999, is the second in a line of constitutions that has supported the absolute monarchy over the past decade.
The former constitution followed a royal decision to abolish the monarchist prime minister’s power of veto. Swaziland had no written constitution before 1999, and despite the kingdom’s recurring problems with inter-ethnic conflicts, the monarchy has maintained its control as no political party or important trade union or mass organisation has been able to form a lasting political alliance with the king.
Economy Minister Msomi Mdlalisi said that a process of revision by the council of ministers was underway to produce a new constitution. The draft will subsequently be submitted to a referendum, followed by parliament’s endorsement of the resulting document before the monarch signs it into law.
Meanwhile, a committee appointed in December 2006, to evaluate the previous constitution, has not been able to sufficiently address the issue of succession, and it is unlikely that the committee, and specifically its chairman, Prof Ann Gray, will be given the time required to complete the job this month. The committee is supposed to issue its final recommendations by May 2007.
