Please note: This is the first time I have made an english version of this game and it still has some bugs, especially when I was testing gameplay and sound, it can have glitches, and it may not always know what you are doing (I.E. sometimes “Trading” before you are ready to do it) so it may miss the timing on some actions, but I will keep working on it so please give some feedback (tests) when you play the game

In the extended version of the game (extended for this release of the project), when the player enters the house which used to belong to the servants of Marion's former manor and has since been abandoned, you will be granted an exclusive puzzle in the main hall of the house. The player will be able to focus on this puzzle only. When they are done, they have to pay the owner of the manor by opening the safe in the main hall. This amounts to the ownership of this manor's services.

I am interested in creating some simple prototypes in Flash. When I do this, I don't really have much of a design. I just want to get started with something and see how it turns out. Is there any resource out there which will help me get started
What's new in The Edgelands:
Location: A tiny coastal village in a tide-wracked region of the Saharan coastal lowlands, with a wicked-windedditched port and the Suez Canal just offshore (confusing but fun)
Within: A thin strip of rocky, sparsely vegetated land between the tidal waters of the Mediterranean, the Suez Canal, and the desert beyond. Most of the terrain is a dusty landscape of cracked ground and tamarisk scrub, for which it was historically considered typical. (This was perhaps what drew Daniel Thorburn to start the Epicurean School, whose stories are set here, though, as we shall see, the light climate can provide remarkably lush beauty in less stormy times.)
Inhabitants: Humankind in general; also a few nomadic traders and gatherers who may be given humanoid status.
Author’s note: The term “Edgelands” is a little tongue-in-cheek:
Although many of the locations mentioned in the blogosphere and elsewhere are quite real places, including Benghazi (Libya), Ridgewood (USA), Bendigo (Australia), Beckett (Scotland), Glasglow (Scotland), Bowden in the lower Derwent Valley (England), Redruth (Cornwall, England), Newburyport (New England, USA), etc., the characters and the Edgelands are quite imaginary, in that the continents were chosen for their (1) difficulty of access from Tierre, (2) divergent nature (the Dominion lands being cooler and flatter, compared to the Hinterlands), (3) heavy state presence (a good example of this being The Drakes’ Castle farm, with its huge meat industry), and (4) location in a rather stormy region where people have to deal with... challenges that they are not accustomed to.
The Stroy of Keelies is set in the Edgelands between The Drakes’ Castle and The Lady.
