i have made it simple to create a single, event bus based tome. it can send and receive messages between threads, and comes with some easy to use methods to query the board, send messages to the board and perform json parsing.

alternatively you can send a message at a fixed interval. this is achieved with a schedule function. be aware that once a message has been sent, the next scheduled message will not execute until that message has been cancelled or fails.
