Using XML Script:
To control a visual programming language with XML Script, you have to create a script for the XML Script interpreter by writing HTML.
Open the file in your text editor and add the following tags to create a turtle based on your language.

Select a filename for the script.
Double-click to open the Save as dialog box and enter the following name for the file: turtle.xml.
Click Save to save the script to the directory selected in the dialog box.
Create a turtle based on your language.
Open a window in which to execute the script.
Enter the following line in a new command box.
Click Start.
The turtle will execute the XML Script.
Click the File menu to select the turtle screen document.
In the Document (all or selected) box, select turtle.xml.

xTurtle is a visual programming language and environment for the Java programming language.
It has been developed primarily to teach Computer Aided Design (CAD) and graphics programming for beginners and for that reason it has a visual programming approach.
Its purpose is to make the CAD/graphics programming task more approachable and ease a transition for those that don’t have previous programming background.
The graphical part of the programming environment is an automatically generated graphical user interface that enables the users to drag and drop objects, plot graphs, edit graphs, and so on.
The environment not only allows for the creation of 2D graphs but it also allows the creation of 3D drawings and animations (even in real time!)
Computational aspects
xTurtle enables the user to move the turtle according to the drawings and instructions given to it by the user.
The turtle moves according to the user instructions. The turtle moves to the left or right by one unit or two units, depending on the position in which the user places him. Similarly, the turtle moves up and down by one unit or two units according to the command given to it.
If the user invokes the “PenUp” command, the turtle stops drawing because it is not allowed to move because it is in the air. Similarly, the “PenDown” command stops the movement of the turtle and also prevents it from drawing.
The turtle in xTurtle understands the concept of drawing as a function of coordinate space and can draw a line when it reaches a new position in space. xTurtle has a built-in coordinate system that is based on the coordinate system of the screen.
The concept of left and right and top and bottom can be understood easily. The grid is horizontal from the left to the right and the grid is vertical from the top to the bottom.
The turtle also understands the concept of the origin. The origin point is at the center of the grid.
The program generates the coordinates of the grid according to the size and shape of the graph and it also generates a x, y, and z values for the coordinate system.
Objects in the xTurtle environment are made of two components, the turtles and the objects. The turtles are objects that move automatically according to the users’ instructions.

This is my only program as of now. I will be adding more features once I get it up and running and hopefully completed. The code is fairly basic for a beginner program like this.
So far I have just made the turtle turn and pen up as stated above.
