The colony has been left in ruins. Only a few survivors have managed to escape in the last days. They were all infected, and sent into a zombie infested hall.
The game starts with a single 4×4 mobile construction unit (MCU). The MCU runs into a wall. You must bring it to the other side of the hall.
There are no weapons, you must work in a clean hall. Anything the MCU touches is considered contaminated and must be cleaned with a sanitizing wand.
In order to cure the MCU you must find the blue spot (cure) and touch it. You will find these scattered throughout the level.
The game ends when you either:
1) Reaches the exit zone
2) The passage runs out of time
3) The passage runs out of characters.
4) The zombies outnumber the MCU in the hall.
The hall is surrounded by walls. When the MCU touches a wall they must go to the other side. That wall will be unbreakable until you find the blue spot and cure it.
As the game progresses you will be given new units to bring into the hall. However each unit has different characteristics.
There is a scientist that can be found at certain points of the level. If the MCU touches a zombie with the scientist near it, the zombie is restored to a civilian.
Each character has his own shields which when broken in half will disappear.
The last survivor had a medic in the team. She can cure a zombie. This requires a lot of time and a good amount of space. The medic can be found in every level. However she is not always visible.
You can heal your MCU if you touch its unit.
The goal of the game is to keep the MCU alive until all the requirements are met.
The game is not over if you fail to meet any of the requirements.
The game continues for as long as the corridor holds.
If you fail to meet any of the requirements, the game ends.
The secondary goal is to cure as many zombies as possible before the hall runs out of time. The longer the hall runs out of time the more zombies you can cure.
There are several different hall blocks that will produce different results depending on their layout.
Each of the hall blocks has a different layout. Try to figure out which one it is!
Once the hall is saved, you are given a score.

    The game was made by me.
    How was it made?
    I was bored, and had access to all of these websites. I wrote a little in-game management system, designed the interface, programmed every class, designed every map, and wrote the whole game.
    Is this really based on a virus?
    Aww, man. I did not know what a virus was, so I had to look it up, and I ended up finding this really cool thing. Basically, there was a viral thing that moved around the earth, and it took over people’s brains. Eventually, it stops and takes over the world. Then the government found out about it, and decided to do something. They put out this huge armada of UFOs to fight the virus, and they sort of won. They started to clean the planet of the virus, but it still lingered a bit. They stopped and stored the virus in a cylinder. The infected started to fly around in the skies in search of food and energy, and to resist or stop the government UFO crews. This led to the main plot of the game.
    How is this a game?
    I don’t know. I just designed the UI, made everything, and made the game.
    How long did it take you to make?
    A few weeks.
    Does it have any patterns in it?
    Most of the levels involve killing zombies and collecting their bodies.
    Why did you remove all the letters from the text?
    The regular text is there, but some of the comments are replaced with jibberish. I can type pretty fast, and I was bored one day. I guess it’s not very legible.

    I’m trying to write a simple little application which can be run from the command line which pulls the print status of all documents (to be used with AutoPrint) from an XLS file.
    I’m using VB.NET and am unsure of how to go about writing this as I’m not that familiar with the Excel Interop objects.
    Can anyone advise on how I should go about this?
